Dierk is the Managing Founder of Axess Advisory. He is an expert in the planning and procurement of large scale transport infrastructure, systems and service delivery. Dierk has in depth knowledge of the global railway industry with a keen understanding of the commercial and technical interdependencies of rolling stock and other rail systems, infrastructure, customer requirements and operator priorities and insight into the management of global rail systems manufacturers. 

Patrick is the Director Safety Assurance at Axess Advisory. He is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of experience in Independent Safety Assessment, Engineering Safety Management, and Safety Assurance in the Rail, Mining and Defence industries. Patrick also possesses a technical background in telecommunications engineering with sound understanding of driverless systems and signalling technologies. Patrick has authored several publications regarding safety and technology within the railway environment.

Bobby is the Managing Director at Axess Advisory. He has over 17 years of experience delivering rail infrastructure projects from feasibility design, through to detailed design and construction support. He has held key roles on projects such as senior project manager, delivery manager, interface manager and technical advisor. Bobby specialises in multi-disciplinary design management, program management, stakeholder engagement, design reviews, cost reviews, assurance and approvals.

Duncan is the Director of Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance. He is a chartered engineer of over 28 years’ experience, with a career background in Research and & Development Telecommunications design. Duncan has delivered Systems Engineering, Systems Safety Assurance, RAM Management, Systems Integration, Independent Certification, Independent Safety Assessment, Independent Safety Verification and Workshop Facilitation services on complex Rail, Road and Ferry projects.
